Responsible for managing SAP applications to ensure that the quality of their performance is achieved efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Create user profiles on SAP to activate the use of SAP for users.
Change the powers of the user account according to job changes to ensure information security.
Technically testing new reports and modifications across SAP servers from QAS to Production before applying them to SAP to ensure the quality of their performance.
Monitor, the daily indicators of the use of the SAP application (users - operating system - servers) and their impact on the quality of performance and takes corrective measures to maintain the quality of performance.
Prepare the reporting analytics for user performance on the SAP Earl watch (users - operating system - servers - applications) and the expected problems and recommendations for taking preventive measures before the problem occurs.
Ensure the effectiveness of the SAP Router, the link between SAP Elaraby and SAP, to ensure that no problems occur on SAP.
Provide Tickets to SAP and track their entry on SAP ELARABY to provide solutions to the problems that occur.
Solve problems that appear on SAP to support users to carry out their tasks.
Save the backup copy of the SAP data daily to ensure the preservation of the data.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Information Systems is preferred.
7-10 Years of experience
Experience in SAP BASIS/Security Administration including one or more of the following SAP modules - ECC, BW, PI, ERP, Solution Manager, and CRM.
Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for SAP Basis Administration and operations.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies to include User Stories, Use Cases, Requirements Gathering, Requirements Tracking, UAT, Systems Testing, Agile Methodology, and Waterfall Methodology.
Analytical and creative, with the ability to solve problems and develop solutions accordingly.
Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.
Experience in summarizing and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences.
Experience building relationships between IT and business teams.
Familiarity with SAP NetWeaver 7.4
Exposure to SAP HANA.
Strong knowledge of SAP cloud solutions administration.
