Title: SAP BTP Integration Suite (BTP IS) Consultant 

Work Arrangement: 

Location: Remote - Australia AEST Time zone, the working hours 9AM-6PM AEST which corresponds to 7:00 am to 4:00 pm in the Philippines (Philippine Standard Time, PHT) 

Resource will work 3.5 days per week only

Qualifications: 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree 
• Minimum 5 years in SAP Integration technologies. 
• Minimum 3 years hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite experience 
• Demonstrated experience delivering integrations in complex enterprise environments 
• Experience supporting production environments and handling critical incidents 
• SAP BTP Integration Suite certification preferred

Key Responsibilities: 

Integration Development & Enhancement 

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite 
• Build and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP Cloud Integration (CI) 
• Develop APIs and manage API lifecycle using SAP API Management 
• Implement Application-to-Application (A2A) and Business-to-Business (B2B) integrations 
• Support OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and EDI-based integrations 
• Develop reusable integration components and follow integration best practices 

Production Support & Operations 

• Monitor integration interfaces and proactively resolve issues 
• Perform root cause analysis for failed messages and interface disruptions 
• Manage incident, problem, and service request queues 
• Support platform health checks, performance tuning, and housekeeping activities 
• Assist with certificate management, security reviews, and connectivity troubleshooting 

Platform Administration 

• Support SAP BTP Integration Suite administration activities 
• Monitor Event Mesh, Alert Notification Services, and integration runtime health 
• Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and regression testing 
• Support CI/CD and Cloud Transport Management processes where applicable 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams 
• Prepare technical specifications, support documentation, and knowledge transfer artefacts 
• Provide guidance on SAP integration best practices and solution optimization 

Key Deliverables 

• New integration developments and enhancements. 
• Resolution of production incidents and defects within agreed SLAs. 
• Integration design documentation and technical specifications. 
• Knowledge transfer and support artefacts 
• Optimized and stable SAP BTP integration landscape
