Job Summary:
As an SAP C4C/SD Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and supporting both SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions for our clients. Your role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT departments, and project managers, to deliver CRM solutions that are in sync with business goals. Your expertise in the configuration, integration, and customization of SAP C4C, as well as a strong foundation in SAP SD module functionalities, will be critical to the success of our CRM and sales-related initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM and sales distribution requirements, business processes, and challenges, offering expert advice on best practices and solutions using SAP C4C and SAP SD.
- Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for C4C and SD configuration and development.
- Customize and configure SAP C4C and SAP SD to meet specific CRM and sales distribution needs, including business roles, workflows, UI layouts, pricing, billing, and shipping processes.
- Design and implement integrations between SAP C4C/SD and other systems, such as SAP ERP, marketing automation platforms, or external applications, to ensure seamless data exchange and process flow.
- Provide guidance and support to end-users during user acceptance testing, training, and post-implementation phases, ensuring the smooth adoption of SAP C4C/SD solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP C4C/SD functionality, data, and integrations, collaborating with technical teams as required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP C4C and SD updates and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on existing implementations and advising on improvement and optimization.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk assessment activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) as an SAP C4C/SD consultant, with a solid track record in end-to-end implementations and support projects for both SAP C4C and SAP SD modules.
- Strong understanding of CRM and sales distribution concepts and processes, with hands-on experience in configuring SAP C4C and SD modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Knowledge of CRM and SD integration techniques, including SOAP/REST web services, OData, and middleware technologies.
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Application Studio for custom development in C4C and a solid grasp of SAP SD customization and configuration.
- Familiarity with SAP C/4HANA suite, SAP ECC, and a comprehensive understanding of the SAP landscape, including integration points with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
- SAP C4C certification is beneficial, and additional credentials in SAP SD are highly advantageous.
