Key Responsibilities
- Lead and/or support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and rollouts
- Configure EC modules, including:
- Foundation Objects
- MDF Objects
- Business Rules
- Workflows
- Support data migration, validation, and cleansing activities
- Integrate EC with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (Time Off, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)
- Provide system support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
- Assist in testing (Unit, UAT) and deployment activities
- Prepare system documentation and user guides
- Support end users and conduct knowledgetransfer sessions
- Ensure compliance with data governance, process discipline, and system standards
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Solid understanding of:
- Employee lifecycle processes
- Position Management
- Data models and workflows
- Experience with data migration tools and methods
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors security and rolebased permissions
- Good understanding of HR business processes
- Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors EC Certification
- Experience with:
- SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA integrations
- SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center
- Experience working in large or multicountry environments
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, HR, or related field
