Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Lead Senior SAP FICO Consultant to drive end-to-end financial solutions and act as a key advisor on SAP FICO initiatives. The role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations and upgrades, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Provide end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, Logistics) to ensure seamless integration.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, acting as subject matter expert.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and best practices.
- Support reporting, analytics, and optimization initiatives to enhance financial processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with hands-on lead/consultant experience.
- Proven experience in minimum 3 end-to-end full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and leading teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience in finance transformation projects in the GCC region.
- Relevant SAP certifications in FICO (preferred).
