SAP FICO Consultant

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an SAP FICO Consultant for one of our partners, a global leader in the food and services industry

This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions to meet business requirements.

• Provide expert-level support for existing SAP FICO functionalities.

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.

• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO related issues.

• Collaborate with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP releases, enhancements, and best practices.

• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO processes.

• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

• Contribute to process improvements and optimization initiatives within finance and controlling.

• Manage small to medium-sized projects related to SAP FICO.

• Work with various FICO functionalities like General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and implementation.

• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes.

•Expertise in master data management (MDM) within SAP FICO.

• Experience with SAP FICO sub-modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).

• Proficiency in ABAP debugging and basic programming is a plus.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
