  • Implement, configure, and support SAP FICO modules including FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, and CO.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure organizational structures, chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, and posting periods.
  • Support core finance processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and general ledger.
  • Configure and support controlling components including cost centers, profit centers, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Perform system testing including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
  • Resolve production issues and provide ongoing system support.
  • Collaborate with ABAP, MM, SD, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation and process flows.
  • Participate in SAP upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
  • 6+ years of SAP FICO implementation and support experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI and CO modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes.
  • Experience with integration points between FICO and MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
  • Ability to independently handle configurations and client discussions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
  • Knowledge of New GL, Document Splitting, and Parallel Accounting.
  • Exposure to SAP Treasury, Cash Management, or BCM is a plus.
  • SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance certification.
