Job Description

Main job duties and responsibilities:

  1. Provides direction, guidance and mentoring to team members of assigned area.
  2. Provide leadership, motivation and direction for the team members.
  3. Ensure effective follow up and monitoring of all projects tasks related to assigned area.
  4. Design, develop and lead workshops across the lifecycle from requirement gathering through to confirmation of final solutions within the system architecture and design.
  5. Provide guidance on business processes based on sound understanding of the key functions within ERP
  6. Map the end user business requirement with standard functionalities available in ERP.
  7. Carry out configuration in ERP system to meet the end user business requirements performing any update and/or upgrade may be needed serving the business cycles.
  8. Understand of the integration with various modules and external application or systems.
  9. Design, develop and deliver end user training and creating training manuals.
  10. Document business processes, system blueprint and any other documentation for the implemented solutions.
  11. Provide users business application support, and issues solving within Service level Agreement (SLA)Resolve and Troubleshoot ERP problems/failures for both external and internal customers and update ticket log systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  12. Coordinate with ERP external parties when required.
  13. Study and test the effects of the new support packages.
  14. Communicate with ERP Global support in case of problems.
  15. Write programs specification for ABAP developments, Analyze and design the new ERP reports, testing the new developed programs on ERP.
  16. Master data format & upload and ensure the accuracy of the master data in the system.
  17. Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier work flow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.

Job requirements:

Educational background and previous experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent education
  2. Min 10 Years Experience in Business Process design and Configuration of SAP system
