The SAP Functional SME - FICO is responsible for improving financial and controlling processes through scalable SaaS solutions and optimizing enterprise-wide functionalities. Key responsibilities include:
Solution Design:
Develop cost-efficient, secure, and scalable SaaS solutions adhering to enterprise architecture principles such as multi-tenancy and modularity.
Define customization limits and optimize platform performance and maintainability for financial and controlling processes.
Enterprise Process Assessment:
Map current financial and controlling processes, identify pain points and inefficiencies, and define solutions for better cost management and reporting accuracy.
Redesign processes to align financial operations with enterprise goals effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with organizational financial strategies and priorities.
Facilitate continuous improvements through active feedback and communication with teams.
Qualifications/Skills:
Expertise in SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) modules and best practices.
Thorough understanding of SaaS solution design principles, including scalability and modularity.
Ability to assess, map, and optimize financial processes.
