Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Office Engineer, based in New Cairo with opportunities for remote work. The role involves the review and preparation of shop drawings, development and assessment of Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and active collaboration with project teams. Other key responsibilities include coordinating civil, mechanical and electrical engineering tasks, conducting quantity surveying, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in developing and reviewing Shop Drawings and BOQ documentation
• Extensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and related project execution
• Strong skills in Quantity Surveying, including cost estimation and measurement
• Proficiency in project management software and technical tools related to engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Professional experience in the construction and water features is preferred
