We are hiring an SAP FICO Consultant for a global organization supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations in the Automotive domain. This role is ideal for seasoned SAP professionals who enjoy driving finance transformation and working closely with business stakeholders.

Job Summary:

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, working closely with Finance and IT stakeholders. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing finance processes aligned with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP FICO & S/4HANA Finance implementations end-to-end
• Analyze and document financial business requirements
• Configure FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) to meet business needs
• Drive data migration activities for SAP Finance
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams for seamless integration
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training
• Support enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor to Finance and IT stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience:

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP FICO & S/4HANA Finance experience
• Strong expertise in Finance data migration
• Experience in Automotive industry (highly preferred)
• Ability to translate business processes into SAP solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• SAP Finance Certification (good to have)
