We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our Corporate IT team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and enhancing our SAP Finance and Controlling modules to support informed financial decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance. You will lead technical and functional delivery of SAP FICO solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to build a robust and future-ready financial systems landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP FICO and manage integration with related modules (SD, MM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.
- Manage Asset Accounting and apply various depreciation methodologies.
- Design and implement integration solutions with ERP and third-party applications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and application teams.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
- Provide end-user support during pre- and post-go-live phases.
- Log and track user queries ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with project managers and consultants on technical tasks.
- Support audits and manage security incident escalations.
- Conduct value management exercises to optimize SAP FICO processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- 56 years of proven experience in full life-cycle SAP FICO implementations.
- Expertise in Fit-Gap analysis, requirements gathering, and blueprint creation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP REFX, Treasury Module, and data migration (LSMW/S4HANA Migration Cockpit).
- Knowledge of cross-functional SAP modules (SD/MM/WM/PP).
- Exposure to statutory compliance (VAT, withholding tax).
- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, and RPA tools.
- Basic ABAP debugging skills and experience with version control (Git) and DevOps tools.
- Awareness of SAP BW and analytic platforms
Education
- Bachelor or Postgraduate degree in Finance/Accounting Systems.
- SAP Certified Application Associate preferred.
- Candidates with both Finance domain expertise and strong SAP skills will have an advantage.
