Oracle since this is the source DB
HANA since this is the target DB
AIX since this is the source and possibly the target OS
Upgrade and Migration skills mandatory since this is a migration project. So STMS , DMO Advanced skills mandatory
BTP since we might have to migrate connectivity from current BTP to another Landing zone or on-prem infra
Advanced performance tuning since Oracle and HANA are totally different beasts when it comes to performance tuning.
SAP system architecture and connectivity since the whole architecture might undergo a change.
An independent performer needing almost nil guidance and hand holding.
