Job Description
In this role, you will lead the implementation of payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and driving end-to-end performance improvements for payroll processes. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and contribute to key decisions that impact both immediate and broader teams. This position requires advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, business process design, and implementation, along with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Solution Implementation:
Plan and lead the implementation of SAP HCM Payroll activities to meet business requirements.
Conduct process analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Define or redesign organizational structures to enhance payroll performance and efficiency.
Business Process Design and Optimization:
Develop and implement best practices for payroll processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous optimization.
Align payroll solutions with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
Collaborate with multiple teams to drive effective decision-making and problem-solving.
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in payroll implementation and business processes.
Provide solutions to complex problems that impact both immediate and cross-functional teams.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Project Management and Execution:
Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress, timelines, and outcomes.
Monitor project deliverables to ensure successful completion within defined timelines.
Manage resources effectively to achieve project goals and milestones.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll implementation and configuration.
Proven expertise in business process design and optimization.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including configuration and customization.
Strong knowledge of business process design and implementation methodologies.
Familiarity with payroll compliance and regulatory requirements.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Ability to lead workshops, manage teams, and drive decision-making processes.
Certifications: SAP HCM Payroll certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
