Job Description
Duration : 6 Months (Extendable)
Core Accountabilities
Act as the subject matter expert in SAP S4HANA and ARIBA, with a focus on the S2P and D2S domains.
Analyze existing procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance, training, testing and support to procurement team in utilizing ARIBA and S4HANA for procurement activities.
Drive business decisions in the Procurement operations of the company.
Provide insight and practical experience in Procurement operations.
Act as a key user during SAP implementations, upgrades, and installations, working closely with the implementation team, answering their questions, and providing input on how the business works.
Collaborate and interact with other departments within the company and affiliates in the region area.
Supporting Accountabilities
Provide recommendations and contribute to the functions of policies and procedures pertaining to the scope of work that falls under his/her supervision
Requirements
Experience
6-10 years of similar role
Technical/functional expertise in SAP application module areas of S2P and D2S
Education
Master's degree , preferably in an economic /financial area, with a strong interest in IT-related systems
Key Skills
Technical/functional expertise in SAP application module areas of S2P and D2S.
Experience in performing user acceptance testing, providing user training, and documenting SOPs
Proven experience in SAP ARIBA and S4HANA procurement, with a focus on the S2P and D2S domains.
Proficiency in the English language
