Digital and Technology Platform Services (DTPS) is the IT function within Coca-Cola HBC, responsible for enabling the CCH Group through best-in-class digital and technology solutions. The SAP Competence Center (Factory) is a dedicated team within DTPS focused on implementing and running SAP solutions to ensure they deliver maximum value and support business objectives. The primary purpose of the SAP factory is to provide expertise for the optimization and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA.
We are seeking for the following SAP Product Configuration Leads:
THE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
A Product Configuration Leader in the Product Team acts as the key player in: analyzing the business requirements, contributing to solution design and configuring the system accordingly, preparing technical & functional specifications, collaborating with developers, so that resulting E2E products meet business expectations. They ensure long-term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance and data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards. SAP Product Configuration Leaders have deep expertise in several SAP modules within an area and lead module-specific as well as cross-module activities in this area.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze business requirements and convert into functional/technical specifications, including effort estimation, resulting in simplification and standardization, in collaboration with architects
Collaborate with Solution Architects in the preparation of Product architecture for prioritized business capabilities and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), aligned with Platform Architecture, Enterprise technology and integration roadmaps.
Carry out configuration and customization, in line with agreed architecture and, where needed, in collaboration with developers
Resolve Level 3 (L3) incidents within SLA; ensure system availability and business continuity as per target
Prepare technical and functional documentation of the Product with quality and in time
Test scenarios/cases based on user stories and NFRs defined and documented; Candidates for test automation established and automated. Targeted results achieved for all types of testing consistently and with no delay
Support Product manager throughout E2E Product lifecycle - from conception to retirement - regarding business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance aspects; support backlog prioritization and effort estimation
Features/user stories well documented and following SAFE principles & EA guidelines/ best practices
Consistency of master data, transactional data ensured across systems in line with reporting needs
Integration across Products and between technology components conforms to best architecture practices and serves the business process needs
UI/UX solution aspects aligned with an expert/vendor, with product owner and Business stakeholders as well as Countries; A/B testing when appropriate
All quality gates passed with demonstrated end-to-end quality engineering mindset; timely corrective actions carried out where applicable; no compliance findings
Regular and reliable releases to production achieved along best practices of DevSecOps, and with no business disruption
Business goals met thanks to functional/technical requirements aligned cross-stream and cross-functionally. Participate in complex (Cross-Stream, Cross Functional) discussions with stakeholders when determining the functional/technical requirements/capabilities needs to meet business goals
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS
Expert functional knowledge in the respective SAP S/4 HANA Enterprise Solutions, including business process understanding in the particular areas
Proficiency in analysing business requirements and ability to design business solutions accordingly
Extensive experience with configuration and customizing of respective Solutions, testing and go-live preparation and support; very good understanding of ABAP coding and change impact analysis
Excellent knowledge of FMCG or Consumer Products business processes and best practices in the respective business process area
Skilled in mapping and analysing business processes
Aware of best practices around data exchange, data consistency and reporting
Technical background on how various components are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, mobile etc.), incl. public cloud implications
Hands-on design, configuration, testing, and go-live experience with SAP implementation projects in complex multinational environments, with various market specifics throughout EMEA
Knowledgeable and hands-on experience in development and interface specifications
Aware of project management practices, esp. Scaled Agile, Waterfall
Proficiency in creating detailed documentation
University degree in a relevant area or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience in SAP / S4 in the respective areas
For Finance related roles, also experience in handling requirements, which are applicable for IFRS (EU) and for non-EU statutory accounting purposes
Experience in complex multinational environments (preferably FMCG or Consumer Products), with various market specifics throughout EMEA
English language proficiency
