SAP RE-FX & Finance Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX & Finance Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FICO and cross-module integration. The ideal candidate will have delivered multiple end-to-end implementations and possess deep knowledge of finance and real estate processes within SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO and RE-FX implementations (minimum three full lifecycle projects).
- Manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, scoping, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Design and implement end-to-end business processes aligned with best practices.
- Configure SAP RE-FX in S/4HANA and ECC environments, including:
- Business Partner, Business Entity, Land, Building, Rental Objects
- Real Estate Contracts and Master Data Management
- Contract Management, Rental Accounting, Space Management
- Commercial and Residential Leasing
- Periodic and one-time postings, accruals and deferrals
- Integration between RE-FX and SAP FI
- Work on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Manage integration with third-party systems (e.g., CRM platforms, tax engines, banking applications) and across SAP modules (FI-MM, FI-SD, RE-FX-FI).
- Analyze As-Is and To-Be business processes, design solutions for gaps and interfaces, and configure systems to meet business requirements.
- Provide best-practice recommendations to optimize business processes and system usage.
Required Expertise:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance and ECC
- New General Ledger (New GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting
- Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM Credit & Dispute Management preferred)
- Real Estate Flexible Management (RE-FX), including IFRS 16 compliance
- Integration of SAP Finance with SD and MM
- Bank accounting and reconciliation processes
- IFRS 16 and IFRS 9 knowledge
- Cross-module integration expertise
