Implement, configure, and support SAP REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management) solutions.
Gather and analyse business requirements related to lease management, contract management, and real estate processes.
Configure REFX components including.
Business entity, building, and rental object structures.
Contract and lease management.
Condition types and cash flow configuration.
Integration with FI (Financial Accounting), CO, and other SAP modules.
Support data migration activities including master data and contract data upload.
Design and configure real estate contracts, postings, periodic postings, and settlement processes.
Ensure proper integration between SAP REFX and other modules such as FI, CO, MM, and PM.
Provide support for month-end and year-end closing activities related to REFX processes.
Analyse and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide functional solutions.
Work with technical teams for enhancements, reports, forms, interfaces, and workflow developments.
Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities (unit testing, UAT, integration testing).
Conduct user training sessions and prepare documentation such as user manuals and process guides.
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO, and Asset Accounting integration.
Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, migration cockpit, or custom upload programs).
Familiarity with IFRS 16 / lease accounting processes (if applicable).
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
