Job Title: SAP Retail Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE Department: Group Technology / SAP Applications

Employment Type: Contract 12+ months

Job Purpose:

Seddiqi Holding is looking for an experienced SAP Retail Consultant to support its SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Retail solutions, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and seamless retail operations. The role covers core areas such as article lifecycle, merchandising, pricing, promotions, inventory, omnichannel integration, and intercompany retail processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to gather and understand current and future retail requirements.

Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP S/4HANA Retail modules, including MM and SD.

Implement and support retail scope items such as:

o Article Master, Assortments, Seasons, Pricing, and Promotions

o Store Operations including Replenishment, Inventory, Returns, and Ordering from Distribution Centers

* Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops, gap analysis, and documentation of RICEFW items.

* Coordinate and execute data migration for key retail master and transactional data.

* Define and document functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports.

Group Technology

Collaborate with integration teams to ensure successful data exchange with systems like POS, Shopify and 3PL platforms.

Support omni-channel retail scenarios including E-commerce, B2B, and Retail across geographies.

Provide training to end-users and power users; create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base documentation.

Serve as a Retail SME, providing Level 2/3 support post-implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

58 years of hands-on experience in SAP Retail consulting with a focus on S/4HANA Retail, MM, SD, and integrations.

Proven knowledge of retail-specific processes: merchandising, article lifecycle, pricing, promotions, and inventory.

Experience in developing and testing RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Workflows).

Skilled in using data migration tools (e.g., LSMW, BAPIs) and integration technologies (e.g., IDocs, OData, APIs).

Strong understanding of SAP WMS, Fiori applications, and cycle counting processes.

SAP certification in S/4HANA Retail, MM, or SD is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with omnichannel retail operations and integration with tools like POS or Shopify.

Knowledge of middleware and integration tools, preferably MuleSoft.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Group Technology

Ability to manage end-to-end implementations from blueprinting to post-go-live support.

Awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends in retail and SAP ecosystems.
