Altivate is hiring a Saudi-National (preferrable) Sales Manager to contribute to its exponential growth in the K.S.A market.
Job Summary:
Plan, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing clients in order to achieve sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate sales against quarterly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline that is 4X sales target.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Conduct annual and quarterly account planning.
Maintain awareness of products and relevant sales techniques to ensure target achievement.
Display and deliver exemplar customer service and consulting abilities.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Skills, knowledge and capabilities:
ERP knowledge or software service sales.
Sales experience.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Negotiation skills.
Strong customer facing skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a relevant field.
3 to 5 years of sales work experience in KSA focused.
