Own Order-to-Cash (SD) processes including services sales, milestone billing, returns, and billing adjustments.
Drive end-to-end logistics integration, working closely with MM and FI to ensure accurate delivery, goods movements, and financial posting.
Configure and manage SAP Settlement Management for rebates and post-billing settlements.
Handle daily operational issues, root-cause analysis, and incident resolution related to SD processes.
Drive adoption and effective use of SAP Fiori apps for sales, delivery, and billing operations.
Design and govern integration with external systems in collaboration with technical teams.
Assist in testing activities (unit, integration, UAT) and deployment support.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual work, emails, and offline processes.
Support reporting and analytics requirements related to sales and billing operations.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD (S/4HANA).
Solid working knowledge of SAP MM to manage the full logistics lifecycle.
Experience with services sales and project- or milestone-based billing models.
Background in construction, real estate development, or large project-based organizations.
Knowledge of SAP Settlement Management.
Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps.
Experience working with external system integrations.
Strong understanding of SDMMFI integration and operational dependencies.
