We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring seamless HR operations and enhancing user experience. This role involves configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of the Employee Central module, along with continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Maintenance:
- Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Employee Central module according to business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Employee Central system.
- Perform regular system audits and manage system upgrades and patches.
- Implementation and Integration:
- Participate in the implementation of the Employee Central module for new locations or entities.
- Integrate Employee Central with other HR systems and third-party applications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure successful system implementations and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with system configuration, implementation, and support.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
