We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Recruiting Management (RCM) including Career Site Builder, and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0). The ideal candidate should have proven implementation experience in both modules and be capable of managing ongoing support and enhancement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to-end implementations for SF RCM (with Career Site Builder) and ONB 2.0 modules.
• Manage day-to-day support operations, including troubleshooting, configuration changes, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless system performance.
• Configure and maintain recruitment workflows, templates, and integration points across related modules.
• Provide post-go-live support, handle change requests, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and client-specific guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in RCM (with Career Site Builder) and ONB 2.0 implementation experience is mandatory.
• Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors certification in RCM and/or ONB 2.0 preferred.
