Your Role And Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations
- Act as solution architect for complex payroll landscapes
- Design and review country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
- Lead payroll integrations with EC, FI, Time Management, and third-party systems
- Provide expert guidance during UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live
- Mentor payroll consultants and review deliverables
- Handle escalations and customer-facing design discussions
- Strong expertise in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC)

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience
- At least 7 end-to-end ECP or SAP HCM Payroll implementations projects
- At least 2 end-to-end projects implementation in ECP.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
