Job Description
As an SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing solutions to optimize business performance within the Time Off module of SuccessFactors. You will leverage your expertise to ensure alignment with business requirements, streamline processes, and deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires advanced proficiency in SAP Compensation Management, Business Process Design, and Business Process Implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic decisions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and statutory leave requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Configuration and Design:
Configure the Time Off module in SuccessFactors, including leave types (annual leave, sick leave, maternity, unpaid leave, etc.).
Set up accrual rules (monthly/annual accrual, carryover rules, caps) and eligibility rules based on employee group, country, grade, etc.
Design and configure holiday calendars, time account types, and posting rules.
Configure leave request workflows, approvals, and proration rules for joiners, leavers, or mid-year changes.
Integration:
Integrate Time Off with Employee Central (employee data), Payroll (leave impact on salary/deductions), and Time Tracking (if applicable).
Implementation and Testing:
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
Develop and maintain project plans to track progress and deliverables.
Support UAT, parallel testing, and go-live activities.
Troubleshooting and Compliance:
Troubleshoot leave balance discrepancies and provide solutions.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory leave requirements.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in business function implementation.
Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and feedback among team members.
Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Technical Expertise:
Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module configuration and implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Compensation Management.
Experience in Business Process Design and Business Process Implementation.
Experience:
Proven track record in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Off solutions, including integration with Employee Central, Payroll, and Time Tracking.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting leave balance discrepancies and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Experience in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning stakeholders.
