Act as the first point of contact for SAP-related queries and issues.
Log, categorize, and resolve or escalate tickets using the ITSM system.
Basic Troubleshooting
Support users with login issues, navigation, and basic transaction errors.
Assist in password resets and role access requests.
Training & Documentation
Provide basic training and guidance to end users.
Maintain user manuals and FAQs for common SAP tasks.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor system usage and report recurring issues to SAP functional or technical teams.
System Administration
Manage SAP system landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI, and Solution Manager.
Perform system copies, client administration, and transport management.
Performance Monitoring & Tuning
Monitor system performance and perform tuning activities.
Analyze logs and resolve system errors.
User & Role Management
Administer SAP user accounts and roles in coordination with security teams.
Ensure compliance with access control policies.
Backup & Recovery
Schedule and monitor backups.
Support disaster recovery planning and testing.
Patch & Upgrade Management
Apply support packages, kernel upgrades, and enhancement packs.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades.
Security & Compliance
Implement and monitor SAP security protocols.
Support internal and external audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.) for Level 0-1 support.
Hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration.
Familiarity with SAP GUI, Solution Manager, and transport management systems.
Knowledge of database systems (Oracle, HANA, SQL) and OS (Linux/Windows).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are a plus.
