Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP TSW solutions.
- Manage and enhance core TSW functionalities including 3-way pegging, nomination processes, ticketing, and scheduling.
- Support Planning, Inventory, and Stock Projection modules within TSW.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, IS-Oil, HPM) and external systems.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve system performance.
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor and maintain TSW batch jobs, and ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Coordinate with ABAP and integration teams for custom developments and enhancements.
- Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous optimization of TSW processes.
- Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade initiatives and new digital transformation programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of oil & gas logistics and supply chain processes (marine, pipeline, terminal, refinery).
- Proven expertise in:
- Planning & Scheduling
- Nomination Management
- Stock Projection / Inventory Management
- Ticketing (TSW)
- Experience integrating TSW with SAP modules: IS-Oil, SD, MM, and FICO.
- Familiarity with testing cycles, change management, and documentation practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be available and willing to work onsite in Saudi Arabia as a full-time contractor.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with S/4HANA TSW implementation or upgrade projects.
- Familiarity with SAP Commodity Management (CM) and Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE).
- Basic ABAP debugging skills for troubleshooting.
- Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation projects.
