Job Description:
Accenture is seeking anexperienced SAP xECM Senior Consultant (SME)to lead thedesign,implementation, andoptimizationofExtended ECM (xECM)solutions within a majorSAP transformation program. This role ensures seamlessdocumentandcontent management integrationacrossSAP moduleswhile drivingcompliance,efficiency, andautomationinenterprise content processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead theend-to-end implementationofSAP xECM solutions, includingconfiguration,workflow design, andintegrationwithSAP modules.
Collaborate withbusiness stakeholders,functional teams, andthird-party partnersto capture requirements and definecontent management strategies.
Design and implementdocument lifecycle management,archiving, andcompliance processesaligned withorganizational standards.
Supporttesting,validation, andtrainingfor end-users, ensuring successful adoption ofxECM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolvetechnical issues,defects, andintegration challenges, escalating when necessary.
Maintain comprehensivedocumentation,configuration guides, andproject trackersto supportauditsandprogram reporting.
Provide expert guidance onxECM best practices,SAP integration standards, andenterprise content management strategies.
Demonstrate strongproblem-solving,coordination, andcommunication skills, enabling effective collaboration across multiple teams.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience inSAP xECMimplementation and management.
Expertise inenterprise content management,document lifecycle processes, andworkflow design.
Strong knowledge ofSAP module integrationwithxECMsolutions.
Familiarity withcompliance standards,archiving strategies, andaudit requirements.
Hands-on experience withtechnical issue resolution,defect management, andend-user training.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work withbusiness stakeholders,functional teams, andthird-party partners.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering); certifications inSAP xECMorenterprise content management systemsare a plus.
