Core Job Responsibilities

• Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously monitor plant status, energy production, or infrastructure using SCADA HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens to analyze data from sensors and instruments.
• Alarm Management: Respond immediately to alarms, investigate root causes, and initiate corrective actions to manage emergencies or system malfunctions.
• System Optimization: Adjust process parameters (e.g., flow rates, temperatures, pressures) to maintain safe, efficient operations.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, system hardware, software problems, and communication issues.
• Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with field technicians, engineers, and maintenance crews to resolve issues, and perform shift handovers.
• Documentation & Reporting: Record operational data, maintain logs of daily activities, and document maintenance actions.
• Field Maintenance Assisting: Assist with the calibration and setup of field instruments and remote access devices
