Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scaffolding Senior Foreman located in Dammam. The Senior Foreman will oversee day-to-day tasks related to scaffold installation, maintenance , utilizing supervisory skills to ensure project success.
Responsibilities
- Interaction with the customer/coordination and resolution of all issues related to the assigned object;
- Control of schedules for the conclusion of contracts, payments, receipt of project documentation, production of works and employees, delivery and other established schedules;
- Ensuring effective interaction with all structural units at the facility and throughout the Company;
- Monitoring the progress of construction plans, compliance with the volume, timing and quality of construction and installation work, as well as the quality of materials, products, structures used, approved design estimates, working drawings, building codes, standards, specifications, labor protection standards;
- Monitoring the performance of work within the approved budget;
- Optimization and organization of measures to reduce construction time;
- Rational use of entrusted resources;
- Organization and holding of technical meetings;
- Organization of all work at the facility in accordance with the deadlines
