Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolders role based in Abu Dhabi. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with site plans, safety standards, and relevant regulations. Daily tasks include measuring and selecting appropriate materials, assembling and securing scaffolding, inspecting structures for stability, and maintaining a clean and safe working area. The role also involves working closely with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines, reporting any hazards or structural issues, and following all company and site-specific safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong practical skills in Scaffolding, including safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of structures.
• Candidates should possess safety and access-related skills such as Working at Height and Fall Protection.
• Candidates should possess accreditation or competency in Confined Space work and hold relevant site access certifications such as CSCS or equivalent.
• Candidates should possess good physical fitness, manual handling capability, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of construction site safety regulations and the ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings.
