Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Scaffolders role located in Abu Dhabi. The Scaffolder is responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and worksite requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting drawings and instructions, selecting appropriate materials, assembling and securing scaffolding, and performing inspections to ensure stability and compliance with safety standards. The role also involves working closely with site supervisors and other trades, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and reporting any hazards or structural concerns. The Scaffolder is expected to follow all company policies, use personal protective equipment correctly, and participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills and experience in Scaffolding, including erecting, modifying, and dismantling various scaffold systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Working at Height and Fall Protection, with strong awareness of safety procedures and use of equipment such as harnesses and guardrails.
• Candidates should possess skills and certifications related to Confined Space work, including safe entry, exit, and adherence to permit-to-work systems.
• Candidates should possess a valid CSCS or equivalent safety card, demonstrating knowledge of construction site safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Relevant industry certifications in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS or equivalent), and prior experience in construction or industrial projects.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions, and communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
