We are currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Inspector to support a prestigious ADNOC project. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, certifying, and monitoring scaffolding systems to ensure full compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and internationally recognized safety codes.

This is a critical safety-focused role within a high-profile Oil & Gas environment.

Your Role

As a Scaffolding Inspector, you will :

• Conduct detailed inspections of scaffolding structures, including platforms, access points, and supports
• Certify scaffolding before use by applying appropriate tagging systems (Green / Yellow / Red)
• Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with ADNOC standards and international codes such as OSHA, CISRS, and BS EN
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and non-conformance documentation
• Liaise with site supervisors, HSE teams, and contractors to close out safety observations
• Verify correct use of materials, safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding
• Proactively identify hazards and recommend corrective actions to prevent incidents

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in scaffolding within Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial projects
• Education: Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Certifications : Valid Scaffolding Inspection Certification (CISRS Basic/Advanced, Scaffolder Supervisor, TUV SUD, or equivalent); ADNOC-approved scaffolding inspection certification (mandatory)
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of scaffold design principles, risk assessment, and HSE requirements; Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation skills
