Salary: 45,000 50,000 per annum (tax-free)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven School Improvement Consultant / Ofsted Inspector to join a leading international school in Doha from August 2025.
The successful candidate will lead school improvement strategies, support senior leadership teams in self-evaluation and strategic planning, and play a key role in driving high standards across the school.
Essential requirements:
- Qualified teacher status and extensive senior leadership or consultancy experience
- Proven record as an Ofsted Inspector (or equivalent inspection experience)
- Strong expertise in school improvement and quality assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to international education and cultural adaptability
Salary and benefits:
- Tax-free salary of 45,000 50,000 per annum (205,000 235,000 QAR)
