We are seeking a highly skilled, visionary, and experienced educational leader to serve as Principal of the British Curriculum School Branch. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic direction, daily management, and overall success of the school while ensuring that academic standards and pastoral care remain exemplary across all year groups. The Principal will inspire staff, students, and parents alike through dynamic leadership and a clear vision for educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities· Provide strategic leadership in line with the school's mission, vision, and values.
· Ensure effective implementation of the British curriculum (EYFS, Key Stages 1–5, including IGCSE and A Levels), adapted to the needs of an international student body.
· Drive high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment across all phases of the school.
· Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve professional excellence and continuous improvement.
· Oversee school operations, policies, and compliance with UK and UAE educational regulations as well as international accreditation standards.
· Foster an inclusive and nurturing learning environment that supports both the academic and personal development of every student.
· Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.
· Manage budgets, resources, and facilities effectively to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements· Master's degree in Education or a closely related field
· Minimum of 8 years of proven leadership experience in international schools, with significant experience in the British curriculum.
· Strong knowledge of UK inspection frameworks (e.g., Ofsted, BSO) and curriculum standards.
· Demonstrated ability to lead whole-school operations, curriculum design, and staff professional development.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and decision-making skills.
· Experience working within diverse, multicultural school communities.
