Our client is an established investment group, based in Dubai. This team is part of a larger institution with a strong team culture. They are looking to hire a Director / MD to focus on strategy, operations and investments in the schools sector in the MENA region.
This role would require full relocation to Dubai.
What the job involves
- Refining strategy
- Leading the operations of the business
- Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process, from sourcing and analysis to the execution of any investment opportunities including due diligence
- Participate in meetings with company management
- Building and maintaining relationships within the industry
- Leading the overall strategy, development, and management of the schools portfolio
- Managing the financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring adequate returns while minimising risk
- Managing the portfolio of schools and overseeing operations
- Leading and growing the team
Who we are looking for
- Senior operating experience within the schools sector, specifically within the K-12 space in the MENA region
- Experience of growing a schools business and of creating and implementing business strategies
- Ability to coach and lead other team members
- Experience of leading and building teams
- Ability and willingness to relocate to Dubai
