Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies tailored to veterinarians, pet clinics, and distributors
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers by providing exceptional service and technical support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering suitable product solutions
- Conduct market research and collect feedback from key stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements
- Support the successful launch of new products by educating customers and ensuring proper market positioning.
- Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Animal Health or Companion animal Industry
- Experience in sales or technical support within the animal health or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
- Knowledge of companion animal health, nutrition, and veterinary pharmaceuticals is a plus
