The Supply Chain Management Assistant supports day-to-day supply chain operations by coordinating procurement, inventory, logistics, and planning activities. The role ensures smooth product flow, accurate data management, and timely delivery while supporting efficiency & cost control.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage demand planning and forecasting, including safety stock optimization
-Oversee purchase order (PO) management and supplier coordination
-Optimize stock turnover while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
-Stabilize order trends to improve forecast accuracy and supply reliability
-Implement new techniques to improve stock availability and demand accuracy
-Act as the first point of contact for customers (email, phone, system) for all spare partsrelated requests and issues
-Support logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flows
-Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management (stock levels, demand trends, KPIs)
Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken) mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
13 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations support in applying country
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
