Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are seeking a Scrum Master to enable and support cross-functional teams in effectively applying Scrum practices. The role focuses on improving team performance and productivity by removing impediments, fostering an Agile culture, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:
• Daily Scrum
• Sprint Planning
• Sprint Review
• Sprint Retrospective
• Support the development team in adopting and adhering to Agile and Scrum practices
• Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress
• Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders
• Promote continuous improvement and self-organizing team culture
• Shield the team from unnecessary external interruptions
• Ensure transparency using Agile tools and tracking boards (e.g., Kanban boards, Sprint Burndown)
• Coach and educate teams and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles
• Monitor team performance metrics and drive improvements in delivery speed and quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
• 4–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello
