Scrum Master

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for cross-functional engineering teams and ensure the smooth execution of product development cycles. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices combined with solid technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with developers, architects, and product owners while driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum frameworks and promote continuous process improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain smooth and predictable sprint execution.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and architects to understand technical dependencies and constraints.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and define clear sprint goals.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Promote best practices in agile delivery, quality, and team performance.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and technical environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM (preferred).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Experience in telecom, enterprise IT, or large-scale digital transformation programs is a plus.
• Background in software engineering, systems integration, cloud platforms, or DevOps concepts is preferred.
