Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Coach to scale agile practices within the team, ensuring adherence to agile principles, and implementing agile frameworks. This role acts as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach the Team: Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices
- Remove obstacles: Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Encourage feedback and implement process improvements
- Ensure Transparency: Maintain and update Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts)
- Collaborate with Product Owner: Assist in backlog refinement and prioritization
- Monitor Progress: Track team performance and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals
- Foster a Positive Team Environment: Promote collaboration, accountability, and self-organization
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Experience:
2+ years as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment.
- Strong Hands-on experience of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
