We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master for one of our biggest clients, a well-known government entity in Riyadh. The role will be on-site in Riyadh, and it's for Saudi Nationals.
Position: Scrum Master
Minimum Experience: 3 years in the same or a similar role
Location: On-site in Riyadh
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or any related discipline)
Key Responsibilities
- Remove team obstacles through effective management of daily stand-up meetings
- Help the team communicate efficiently and adopt Agile methodologies
- Organize the team's schedule to ensure delivery of value and sprint goals
- Coordinate and schedule daily and weekly Agile ceremonies
- Monitor the team using Agile values and performance dashboards
