Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cross-functional teams in a telecom, software development, or IT environment. The role focuses on facilitating Agile practices, removing delivery impediments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Strong experience in Telecom, Software Development, or IT projects
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and self-organization
• Ability to identify and remove impediments and dependencies
• Experience tracking Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience with telecom platforms, particularly OSS/BSS, preferred
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments is a plus
• Prior experience working with global or offshore teams preferred
