About the Role

insightix is looking for a Scrum Master to join our technical team and drive the successful execution of our product's technical lifecycle using Agile/Scrum practices.

Responsibilities

Manage the technical product lifecycle and oversee task execution
Organize and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Retrospective)
Document Scrum events and track sprint outcomes
Remove impediments and shield the team from daily distractions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
4+ years of experience applying Agile methodologies, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master
CSM or PSM certification preferred
Hands-on experience with Jira/Azure DevOps
