Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will facilitate and ensure adherence to Agile principles by managing daily stand-ups, sprint planning activities, and retrospectives. The role involves collaborating closely with development teams to refine user stories, tracking progress, and identifying impediments. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensure seamless communication among team members, and coordinate efforts to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sprint Planning and expertise in creating and managing User Stories
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess project progress and identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate team discussions and ensure alignment
• Background in Software Development or a strong understanding of software development processes
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus
• Proven ability to work effectively in remote team environments
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support
