WANTED: The World's Most Relentless Remote SDR & Outbound Engine Owner (UK Law Firms)
You will OWN:
- All outbound calls to UK law firm prospect lists.
- Multi-touch follow-up: phone + email + SMS using a dense, high-volume cadence (double dials, stacked reminders).
- Mining and enriching prospect data to constantly improve the UK law firm ICP list.
- Managing dialler / email / SMS tools; making sure they actually work every day.
- 100% call recording, logging, and tagging for training.
- A spotless CRM: every lead with status, next step, and real notes.
You will ALSO own:
- Lead scoring & routing: build and maintain a simple 15 or red / yellow / green scoring, send the best leads to the best closer.
- Outbound playbook: keep scripts, objection handles, and email/SMS templates up to date; test and document what works.
- Nurture sequences: design and run multi-channel follow-up for cold, warm, and not now leads, based on volume-first principles.
- Sales ops basics: daily / weekly dashboards for dials, connects, meetings, show rate, and lead-to-close.

Compensation
- Base salary
- 1.8k2.3k/month depending on sales experience and track record.
- Show-up bonus
- 25 per qualified show-up.
- Example:14 shows/month = 350.
- Deal bonus
- For any client that signs from a set meeting (within 60 days):
- 200 per new retainer started.
- Example: 3 new clients/month = 600.
- Accelerator bonus
- If you get more than 10 qualified shows / month:
- Show-up bonus increases to 35 (retroactive for all shows that month).
