How you create impact

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, proactive support, and close collaboration with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center.
  • Ensure consistent outreach by calling existing customers regularly and prioritizing emails.
  • Deliver on financial targets by providing prompt pricing, managing endtoend spot quotes, and recording all rebates in our systems.
  • Support customers in adopting digital tools by maintaining high proficiency and partnering with operations teams.
  • Onboard new customers by completing Customer Profiles and Standard Operating Procedures following initial customer meetings.
  • Monitor customer profitability, identify opportunities to increase Gross Profit, and take action to protect financial performance.
  • Detect financial risks early and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies.
  • Strengthen customer satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through reliable service delivery and continuous operational engagement.

What we would like you to bring

  • 3-4 years of customer service experience with a focus on export operations in a transport and logistics company. Previous experience in sea freight is an advantage.
  • Customercentric mindset with a focus on satisfaction, retention, and service excellence.
  • Strong decisionmaking abilities, financial awareness, and a structured approach to solving problems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
