Al Othman is seeking a highly skilled and strategic SEO Manager to lead the long-term search engine optimization growth of our legal website. This role requires a professional with strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of content-driven SEO within a highly competitive and credibility-sensitive sector such as the legal industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing a sustainable SEO strategy that improves organic visibility, strengthens search rankings, and supports the company's digital growth objectives over the long term.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive long-term SEO strategy aligned with the company's business goals and the nature of the legal sector.
- Manage the SEO roadmap for the website, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, content optimization, internal linking, keyword targeting, and long-term organic growth planning.
- Conduct regular website audits to assess overall SEO health, identify issues, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports to measure the website's SEO status, keyword performance, organic traffic, page performance, technical health, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate effectively with content writers to guide the production of high-quality, search-optimized legal content.
- Work closely with the web developer to ensure proper technical implementation of SEO recommendations, including website performance, indexing, crawlability, structured data, and UX-related improvements.
- Collaborate with the designer to ensure that visual elements and page layouts support both user experience and SEO objectives.
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly content when needed, with the ability to produce professional, well-structured, and search-optimized content suitable for the legal field.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis relevant to the legal market and translate findings into actionable growth plans.
- Monitor search engine trends, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to ensure the website remains competitive and compliant with modern standards.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or in a similar role with strong ownership of website growth.
- Strong ability to think strategically and manage SEO projects from a long-term business perspective.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including content writers, developers, and designers.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical recommendations.
- Excellent English writing skills, with the ability to create and optimize high-quality SEO content professionally.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, content SEO, keyword strategy, and performance analysis.
- Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work on-site at the company's premises and collaborate directly with internal stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of search behavior related to legal services and client intent.
