We are currently looking for an experienced Secondary Market Sales Manager / Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of secondary market real estate brokers
  • Build, develop, and support a high-performing sales team
  • Recruit and onboard new agents when needed
  • Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Provide guidance, training, and daily support to team members
  • Develop sales strategies for the secondary market segment
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
  • Ensure all team members follow company policies and RERA regulations
  • Coordinate with marketing and management to generate quality leads
  • Oversee property listings, viewings, negotiations, and closing of deals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the Dubai secondary real estate market
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
  • Ability to join with an existing team of brokers
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of Dubai communities and property trends
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
