We are currently looking for an experienced Secondary Market Sales Manager / Team
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of secondary market real estate brokers
- Build, develop, and support a high-performing sales team
- Recruit and onboard new agents when needed
- Monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are achieved
- Provide guidance, training, and daily support to team members
- Develop sales strategies for the secondary market segment
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors
- Ensure all team members follow company policies and RERA regulations
- Coordinate with marketing and management to generate quality leads
- Oversee property listings, viewings, negotiations, and closing of deals
Requirements
- Proven experience in the Dubai secondary real estate market
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader
- Ability to join with an existing team of brokers
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Dubai communities and property trends
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
